Good smart shop and friendly staff, excellent for finding out the little ones shoe sizes and getting a pair of shoes that will last, but can get very busy at times for the size of it. A lot of their kids stock tends to be very girly pink, open and glittery for girls with limited real footwear for running, jumping climbing trees though.

Although the person who served us was very helpful, another older lady who worked there was extremely rude. As it was busy, she actually told (and even shooed) my two older daughters out of the shop. I have bought school shoes here for all my children over the last 15years or so but thanks to her unnecessary attitude and rude treatment of two young women, I will be visiting another branch. Sometimes, it's how well you handle 'busy' that speaks volumes about customer service. I intend to contact Clarks head office with regards to this too. Extremely poor.

Visited their store in Bangor north wales the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. They were all a credit to the company good old fashioned service with a smile.I can't praise them enough

I taken my boy for is first ever shoes here didnt think much of the stuff person who was fitting them wasnt very happy looking basically like they do not want to be there.
But me i was very excited well come on who wouldnt be when your baby getting their first ever shoes.

Liam was superb in helping us buy shoes for our son whom has autism. We entered the shop with James not wanting shoes but were so lucky to have had such an understanding young man 😃👌

Lovely boots, but a shame they didn't have them in the colour I wanted. Good ordering in service though, with free delivery. Staff were very helpful.

Super friendly staff my daughter was very happy with her new shoes she didn't even notice the covid shields etc because it was all so friendly.
I like the booking in advance and limited customers in the shop feels less hectic.
