Lovely selection of shoes and boots. Served by a really helpful, friendly guy that could not do enough. Let me try on loads of pairs to help me decide and gave good advice on cleaning and maintenance. Came out with 2 pairs of 1460 shoes. I black 'Made in England's' and an ordinary pair in the oxblood. Unfortunately did not have my size in 'Made in England' oxblood but I just HAD to have them. Still breaking them in and had a few blisters but they look fab, I will preserve xxxx

I have been to a few Doc shops, but the service and genuine interest in the staff for you to walk out with something you'd love was exceptional! Particular mention to Sahil who made umpteen trips to the store room without any issue, and the colleagues who happily modelled shoes I was interested in! Excellent staff, excellent management, lovely to see!

Went to get my first pair of Dr. Martens recently and received some very helpful service; especially from a staff member named Elisa, she is a credit to the team and was incredibly helpful, letting me try on several different pairs and being very patient and giving some advice and insight.
I will definitely be back again.

Overpriced footwear.
Shop staffed by cocksure youngsters expecting to just wrap a pair of shoes to make a sale.
My advice. Give it a miss .

Lowrie was amazing. My husband has problems with boots fitting him properly (due to his odd shapes feet) and she was able to sort him out with some that suited him perfectly. She genuinely wanted to help us get something that was right for us. I'm sure that she will go far ! Thank you Lowrie 😃

Easily the most pleasant and professional store staff I have encountered for a long time. The manager especially, and another member of staff who helped me today were quite simply wonderful at their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble and the manager spent no little time searching for the boots that I wanted and gave me lots of advice and examples to consider. It was all too obvious why she runs the store and her patience and ability to make me feel at complete ease was much appreciated. Ultimately, I didn't buy anything but that's because the model I want was out of stock but it will only be a matter of time before I go back and make at least one purchase. In short; great manager, great staff, great store.
