did not accept online returns although clarks online list them for returns!

One very happy little girl with her new shoes. Nothing was to much trouble, staff were extremely helpful. Also bought some insoles that needed to be trimmed to fit a shoe which staff explained really well. Will definitely return again thank. you.

Spent over £130 on 3 pairs of school shoes yesterday and the service was awful. No one seemed to know what they were doing and seemed to not care. We have been customers for years and are gobsmacked at the service.

Very good place was served by a girl called Sarah I think that she new exactly what she was doing and was very polite and chatty would always be loved to be served by this lovely lady

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time with children to make sure the fit is perfect. Highly recommended

First and last visit. Very poor

We paid £80 for 2 vouchers thinking they were Clarks vouchers. The shop is cleverly disguised as a Clarks store but it isn't. We mislaid the vouchers and even though I have proof of purchase they refuse to honour my purchase.
I wonder who will profit from the £80 now. Certainly not my grandchildren. Poor state of affairs for a local shop. We certainly will not be using nor recommending this shop to anyone. Beware.
