Love the shop's design and it's location. The shoes are just amazing and the service too. Cannot wait to go back and get myself some more shoes!! :)

Bought two pairs of shoes from here, 0ne pair a couple of months back which fell apart after the first wear and the other pair bought last week. Had my almost 2 year olds feet measured by the girl that work in there and they measured her at a size 7, tried on a pair of size 7 shoes which they then felt to see if they fitted and said they were fine, I then felt and thought her toes were very close to the front of the shoe but they insisted that it wasn't and the shoes were fitting fine. Purchased the shoes and she wore them a couple of days later and all my daughter done that day was moan and say 'owwww feet and wanted the shoes taken off, I then asked someone else to feel her toes in the shoes and they said her poor toes were right at the front of the shoe and that the shoes were actually too small. Today I went back to the shop to explain that if been sold a pair of shoes by them that were measured by them once tried on and were told they fitted absolutely fine when in fact they dont and was refused a refund or exchange because my little girl had worn them for about 6 hours, the woman in the shop said 'we are trained and qualified to measure children's feet' WELL WHY THE HE'LL DID YOU SELL ME SHOES TOO SMALL FOR MY DAUGHTER THEN? I will be going in as soon as shop opens in the morning to talk to the manager and if nothing is resolved then trading standards will be involved! Clarks shoes across the street from them told me that the shoes are too small and they aren't even a correct size 7 and they should not have sold me those shoes because they definately do not fit my daughters feet. Clarks also advised me to go to trading standards if they don't sort out a refund or exchange.

Went here to get my mum some shoes for Mother's Day that she has picked out. When I arrived I was a bit overhwelmed by the choice! Myriam was able to help me in finding the right ones quickly and without fuss, A1 service! Would recommend.

Would never return to this shop as the customer service is a joke and if anything goes wrong with the item you have bought they are very reluctant to do anything without confrontation ...won't even give you a refund if you change your mind within the first 7 days (only an exchange or credit note )which you are allowed under the consumer act 2015 ....

I went to this shop in December and simply loved the decor and service, i would recommend this shop to everyone !!!

If what you want isn't in stock; they'll go that extra mile to get it (or as close to it as possible for you). Amazing quality & designs of all sorts for everybody, every age almost! Fairly priced shoes (with free gifts for the children upon a shoe product purchase). The children's Geox range is amazingly hard wearing for so long! ( even beyond the next size your child will need!) Love these 😍
I go back every time for my child's school shoes & now my Grandchildren are experiencing these products also from Geox to Hush Puppies to Lelly Kelly's brand's.
