I bought a pair of primigi shoes in September the sole of the one shoe came away from the upper part of the shoe. I returned them to be told by Mr Afzal that my granddaughter had kicked something hard like a football which caused the sole to come away. He went on to say that I should take them to a shoe repair shop to have it glued back on. Reluctantly i took it to Timpsons to be told that it was not repairable as it was a manufacturer fault. Subsequently I am left with a £46 pair of shoes which are not fit for purpose. I am disappointed with the after sales care provided by Mr Afzal and will not be buying anything from Newmode again

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting customer service when tried to return a pair of boots bought for my sister. One boots was a completely different colour where it had faded in the sun, and the zip on the side was missing teeth. Didn't notice this until we got home and was told that we must have forced the zip and that was why it was broken. Point blank refused refund and will be taking this further. Avoid this place at all costs! Go directly to a Clark store!
