Envee Of Monmouth

Such a lovely shop with really friendly staff who are always willing to help. Beautiful shoes and bags that you just want to take home and love! I love going in for a browse as they never hassle and are so polite. I would definitely recommend.

It would seem if everybody in retail were as polite as they are in Envee, businesses would thrive. Every time I have been in there I am always greeted with a warm smile, I have not bought any shoes from there YET, but there is always something on sale from Hand Bags to Children's summer shoes, at a very reasonable price. Worth going in, some people have said it's very nice but too pricey, but like anything you get what you pay for, and I think the selection of shoes for young lady's (on sale for £15.00) it's worth a look.

Fantastic experience every time I go in this store! Staff are always smiling and friendly and willing to have a chat! Bought a bag as a gift last week and had to restrain from buying shoes too! Can't fault the quality and the prices of any of the products! 10/10

What a find Envee of Monmouth is. Bought some beautiful shoes there in the summer and couldn't be more pleased with them. Staff friendly and helpful and the shop is a real pleasure to visit. Will definitely be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who let you browse yet are available when you need them! Purchased some gorgeous boots in the sale (50% off), have had many compliments about them but mostly importantly, they are unique!

I live in Hampshire and visit my uncle in Monmouth. I visited the shop and what a fabulous shop friendly and so helpful. I asked about trainer socks.(i have trouble with the top of my feet)they let me try some on and "oh my goodness" they are soft won't slip off and so comfortable. I bought some now just got another two pair and they sent them to me. Kept in contact with me.

Envee was recommended to me by friends. It was a lovely shop, bright and cheerful and that goes for the owner too who was also friendly and helpful. Such a rare commodity these days. I would definitely recommend a visit.

My mother in law visited with my daughter today and was told to leave because the pram wheels were muddy. We live (and Monmouth is located) in the countryside... what did she expect? Shockingly rude!
