Lots of new developments going on including the market area, some development going on by the waterside.
Plenty to do ,see, eat and relax whilst on your shopping trip.

One of the highlights of Lincoln. It's still in progress right now, new shops are being built currently so once its fully realised I think it will be even better! Just a bit sad we don't have more greenery in that bit, some trees or plants would look lovely.

Looks very nice, have not been to this area since the refurb. You can see how the area is changing to suit the university students

If you are visiting Lincoln, it is worth checking out how the city has sympathetically preserved the Cornhill Quarter. This was my first ever visit to Lincoln and there is a lot to see but I was impressed with this area, some of which is still under development, and the incorporation of modern shopping units alongside the quaint Victorian (or maybe earlier) terraced buildings. I’d love to know more about this area and would be interested to see it again when developments such as the market have been completed. There’s a nice area for guys like me to sit whilst our other half’s shopping. There’s some street cafes and room for some street entertainment too. Well done, Lincoln.

They have done an amazing job revamping this area of town, and it now has a great selection of places to eat, shop and even a cinema!
