Large shopping centre with lots of named brands like Topman/Topshop, H. Samuel jewelry, boost, Newlook, JD sports, Boots, foreign currency exchange, sports direct, calender club, Specsavers, Jamaica Blue, Holland and Barrett, Tiger, 3 store, Levi's, River Island, Vision express etc. Has large public toilet. There is a free entry public library in the centre for a quick read, free WiFi and phone recharging. Nice place to meet up in groups.

It is still today not looking in anyway old, and yet it is now a few years since the whole area was re-built. Vibrant, modern feeling and the vast amount of shops should satisfy anyone who like visiting shopping centers. As living in the villages just outside Cambridge I am biased but the city and this area is to me always worth a visit even if you just wish to window shop.

Super busy at the best of times. Better during the week. Lots of shops, places to sit, elevators, car parking. Everything is accessible

The area outside of the shops was fine for wheelchair users, except for the people walking straight at me thinking I could go round them better than them go round me. The small shops were difficult to negotiate. John Lewis was far better to get around but very expensive.

Approaching these stores I felt I was in Lilliput. Huge fronts & massive windows can feel slightly intimidating. However M & S-John Lewis etc are all stores that we've grown up with. Never too busy which is nice.

Very small joined on to Grand Arcade. Great use of empty space is putting in things like a rocket and educational displays

Draughty old shopping mall that has been brought up to date in a reasonable manner. Good proximity to the Grand Arcade
