This is an excellent retail
park with a huge amount of major large anchor stores too many to mention. Marks & Spencer have just opened a major outlet. There is substantial parking and access is easy from the A1M so you don’t experience any traffic delays. There is a Harvester restaurant/bar and a Burger King on site possibly more. Highly recommended

Nice place if you’re after anything from the specific shops that are there. Debenhams was a good anchor store and, although the M&S is a lovely big store, it’s not the same.
The food hall there is good though. It has a very good free from section.
Parking can be busy at times but you can get a spot somewhere.
Food wise there is the M&S cafe, Costa and a harvester.

First time here and there is plenty for all. The store are a good size so should have a good selection of stock. We came for the M&S which we where not disappointed with. Lovely branch really big with plenty to keep you shopping.

The shops visited were good and the retail park was clean, tidy and had good parking when visiting. As with most shopping areas these days there were some empty shop units although it did appear that attempts were in place to. Respond to this. A new huge and modern Marks and Spencers has recently opened for example.

Usually stores for a retail park, good selection I would say, M&S and Nandos being the most recent additions. Parking and getting in and out from London road is the main issue, almost getting gridlocked due to bad layout at busy times, lucky there alternative routes to leave.

Debenham has closed and no longer at Eoaaring Meg. M&S has taken over the there now but in general, it's a good shopping center. Not big but you can get store for items like, food, fashion, furniture, toys, arts & craft, relaxation, gym e.t.c

Went to M & S there today. As always and expected it's brilliant. The staff in the restaurant area are so nice, the food hall to die for, as always. Just a brilliant store. What else to say, I just love M&S😊

Up and coming retail park that has seen a huge resurgence since the addition of M and S.
Parking is adequate in a weekday but struggles badly at weekends. I would imagine a lot of the big retailers from the town centre will relocate here so it is going to get difficult.
