Thursday 24th September. Just been treated so badly in this store. They were really rude and unpleasant when all I was trying to do was give them repeat custom...as I make decorative wreaths and wall art, so need love rs of Halloween (and soon Christmas) artificial flowers, decorations etc. Anyone who has been in...knows it's chaotic, messy, not exactly organized! There's always stock all over the floor etc. Last time I had some items out of a crate on the floor, because that's what I needed. It had no sign, no blocked off with tape- nothing to indicate it was out of bounds. I paid and everything was fine. Today, I was told I should not get those things. I said ok. Then there's tried to charge me the original price on Asda George etc labels. I mean come on!! The basis of secondhand is it costs the customer LESS! They were by no means in perfect condition, as you can imagine when piled on top wily in a crate...lots of the glitter was off, there were dents and cracks. When I queried it, I was told " So don't buy it then"
How incredibly rude, agressive and unnecessary. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Don't you WANT repeat customers?? Or my money?? Apparently not. I will certainly never ever return again. Whole thing left me shaking.

I cant say anything nice about this place quality of the product are the lowest you can imagine and on the top of it owner is rude and agressive. I can not believe a shop like it
