Dump. Needs money spending on it and a variety of shops. There are more cafe/takeaways than anything else, more hairdressers than required.

Average centre, used to be better, gone a bit downhill since since Tesco supermarket closed as very many elderly shoppers were let down. I prefer to shop elsewhere

It is what it is basically! It's got a Costa, Iceland,New Look and a Poundland, with a few independent shops plenty of cafes, fairly friendly people, however if you are not a local you may feel a bit like an outsider to start off with

This once well known shopping precinct has actually come to an end CCTV sold all the shops and flats to a London company that has never done any shop repairs in 20 years most of the shops leak like sivs are damp mouldy and to bloody expensive to even rent and that was a proven fact when Tesco's gave the rent up on there shop over a year ago because of the repairs that never got done there used to be clothing shops but not any more you have more cafes on every corner and even they are struggling to make money because the rents are so high. It a shame really cause you had every shop you needed at Greywell and now none I heard through the grape fine that Iceland could be going by then end of the year because of there supper warehouse shops so leigh park precinct could soon be a past

More a zoo than a shopping Center. See all kinds of creatures down there.

An area that is improving over the years but still lacks the investment from local council to encourage bigger name shops to locate there. Some names come & go, but the foot traffic isn't there to keep larger stores interested in the area.
If there were some big stores, I'm sure more of the local shops would fair better, but lack of footfall means poor turnover for the local store keepers.
It's a real shame this precinct can't attract big stores, as there is enough parking to accommodate out of town visitors.
Unfortunately, we are left with coffee shops, betting shops & low budget stores. On the positive side, Farmfoods, Savers & Lidl's remains there.
