Seconding other reviews on here: BE AWARE. Don't shop here as you won't have enough time to look around properly before the management charge you a ridiculous fee for parking for which there are no meters for.

Stealth tactics are used by the parking management company here to justify levying extortionate parking fines for what any shopper would consider a normal period of time needed to browse furniture when considering a new sofa / table etc for your home. There are no parking meters to be seen anywhere and signage is tiny and easy to miss, especially in light of the fact you will be assuming it is like any other retail park in the country where no parking charges are required. Absolute joke, won't be buying anything form the shops at this park now. We were seriously considering (and on the verge) of spending a lot of money and buying a whole suite for our house from these shops (sofa, table, chairs). We will take our business and money elsewhere. £60 for 2.5hrs. Entirely unjusitiable other than through their own unreasonable terms.

DO NOT GO HERE!
I recently got sent a fine by UKPC for over staying within the car park by half an hour at Horizon Retail Park as we were overrunning with sales assistants in the shops. I am incredibly angry that I have received a fine of £60 as we were within the shops within your retail outlet at the time (Sofology, Wrens Kitchen)!

The shops around that specific bit of the car park are not shops you can duck in and out of. When buying a big purchase such as a sofa (Sofology) or kitchen (Wren's) this requires an adequate amount of time. Therefore having a 2 hour limit on parking is ridiculous and not sufficient time!

The parking system is not fit for purpose for the shops within the Horizon Retail Park. A simple solve would be to have a pay and display system.

Good parking but annoying parking app. You can scan the QR code to pay via a browser rather than an app.

Great free parking and a great range of shops including the brilliant Hobbycraft.

Home improvements, hobbies and general adult stuff. Across the street from Asda, Lidl and other home improvements shops. Farnborough is slowly growing.

Careful parking here. Rules designed to give fines!

Not worth visiting the shops here. There is only 2 hours of free parking, rather then 3 (which it used to be not long ago) the signage is not obvious which I believe is intentionally the case to try and get more visitors to overtstay without realising.

2 hours is insufficient time to allow browsing in the large stores there. Anytime I have done things like shop for the house it has taken me more then 2 hours.

Now you will get fined for it.

Go elsewhere. Do not shop here. Teach them that they can't run a cowboy car park just to try and rip off the public.

The lighting in the car parks is poor little or none. I didn't see any signs to say its a max of 2 hours to stay now got a parking charge.
