I went here for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised at the great range of shops. There's plenty of bicycle parking which given the amount of bikes in this small city was very nice to see. Cycling is prohibited within the roads leading to the centre, this for me and I'm sure many others is a good thing. Saying this a lot of the cycle parking is within the prohibited zone but walking the bike to find a free spot is no real issue so no marks off for that. The centre seems well laid out and everything is easily accessible. If you're looking for a particular shop the maps are easy to follow and you'll get there without any major issues. It does get busy but being a major shopping hub in a small city this is to be expected. Saying that, it doesn't feel claustrophobic as many similar places do. Overall I'd say it's a nice place to visit either for a pleasant meander round the shops or to pick up almost anything you want or need. As I said it has a very good variety of shops so you should be able to find pretty much anything you need here.

I played tennis there for free. it is a cool idea that a large area has been allocated so that people can spend their time usefully and interestingly. also many shops, great selection. thank you🇺🇦👍

I am visiting Grafton rare these days but same as 20 years ago is cozy place.
In the evening on Thursday around 5pm shops were closed.
Though Waiterose on the street still open.

Shopping centre with shops to shop in. There are big names such as primark amongst some smaller brands and independents. Also holds the Vue cinema. Parking is straightforward at the attached carpark but watch the cost as it’s not cheap.

I often park in the Grafton Centre. Easy parking and a great location for what I need.
A couple of things though. The spaces are very small and there are great big pillars everywhere. This can be a good or a bad thing. Be careful you don't hit one (no I haven't) but once you are in, there is a little more space for you to open your door.
There are lots of shops inside or places to eat. My only annoyance is YOURS Clothing has permanently closed! I loved that shop!

I recently visited the Grafton Centre and was underwhelmed by my experience. While the mall has a decent selection of stores, it always seems to be overshadowed by the Grand Arcade. The Grafton Centre needs to do something to keep up and attract more customers. The mall itself was clean and well-maintained, but it just didn't have the same buzz and energy as the Grand Arcade. Overall, I would say the Grafton Centre is an average shopping destination that could benefit from some improvements to keep up with its competition.

Very disappointed with the lack of shops in the Grafton Centre. Plenty of space for wheelchairs to move around the centre but not in some of the smaller shops where we had to battle clothes rails just to get in. Because we also went into the city centre to find the shops we were looking for, our parking cost a small fortune.

The shops are good, some are closed, the car park is very expensive check before you go, maybe park nearby "sturton st". The restaurants are OK, the cinema is very cold and expensive but the sits are great. The access is easy. It's not very big.
