What more can I say good pizza fast service, good mix of shops.

Great place for dinner worth a vist whether it's pizza or fish an chips

Well designed ,beautiful houses,safe residencial area wd individual proper parking. Broad roads & beautiful landscape. Big parks for children as well.

Hopefully all customers are nicer than the two other I encountered

Aside from takeaways, I don't feel the need to go here. It has a sainsburys local but it is one of numerous local shops in the area and the others are far more accessible, particularly in rush hour when the Beaulieu bypass is pretty much at a standstill

Shops ok avoid at school opening and closing as whole area becomes grid locked and impossible to park anywhere

My go-to Costa. Friendly service and a decent coffee.
