Leamington Shopping Park

Nice clean shopping park, shame several units are empty due to large chains closing stores. Easy parking and a big Sainsbury's next door. Easy to find and access.

The infrastructure around the shopping centre it not fit for purpose, there are queues every day which is only going to get worst with the Warwick Gates development bring over 1000 new homes.
The car park within the shopping centre is a nightmare, the lanes are too small the turns are too tight. And because the spaces are so small you can easy get blocked out of your car.

Anything bigger than a old 60's mini it's a tight fit, then try to get out the car door.

M and S is impressive. Their all automated ordering system is a real nightmare for elderly. I visit often and always have a pleasant chat with Wyatt and Ollie, superior Baristas.

Nice enough selection of shops. Parking is a little tight, and there are not many parent and child spaces. Good number of disabled spots though.

Access is awkward with queuing traffic at busy times

Huge shopping area with pretty much everything you would need.

The parking spaces are a little tight, so maybe travel in a smaller car. Not that you get bumps and scratches on your doors.

The shops are what you’d normally expect. Large, full of stock and busy. Every shop we went into did seem a little unorganised though. There were items hanging in the wrong racks, areas where there was nothing on display, even huge shops with so much space and not enough products to fill the shelves.

The area itself could also do with a team of litter sweeps and cleaning staff. It wasn’t very clean, but that does seem to be the case in the UK at the moment!

Good variety for your typical retail park. Usually quite busy. Be good for them to bring a dine in eatery back.

The car park feels unsafe in a car and as a pedestrian with the way they merge together and the weird exit by Sainsbury's. There is a good selection of stores now.
