Only 2 hours parking,(cameras in and out), then you get a fine based on the amount of outlets, gives you less than 5 minutes for each shop, the shop owners really need to look at this, as the parking company are making a fortune,whilst the outlets are loosing customers

Went to Smyths toy shop, staff had no idea about sensory toys for autistic kids and generally seemed lost in the store they worked in. Once they knew we wanted to buy something for an autistic child they didn't seem interested and knew there was nothing in store. Disappointed for the largest retailer of toys.

The parking company are thieving b's. I spent 3 hours spending money in three of the shops on the retail park and got a parking fine. DO NOT USE! If the shops are not going to help customers with this parking issue and try to increase the time or actually have a way to pay for further parking then the whole retail park deserves to fail. I will not be spending a penny more on this retail park.

Drove all the way round to find a space and the food warehouse place hasn't even opened yet. The gym go-ers I believe are going to really suffer with parking issues when that place opens and no idea what's going in the empty units. 2 hours is not going to give people enough time with what they have on that site now.

I don't plan on going back. Only because of parking restrictions. Only 2 hours so just not long enough. I can spend that long in the toy shop. Also I could not find a way to extend parking time. Parking spaces are small. It took me 10 mins to get out. Don't recommend going to the car park just find another place and pay. I dont know chelmsford but next time I will go find a big carpark.

Always busy, not too many shops. Mcdonalds, Home Bargains, Matarland, smyths, pound stretcher etc. Parking is tight as are the parking spaces hence 4 stars

So horrendously busy, took 10minutes to park and 10minutes to leave. Received an 85£ fine because of this, despite sitting in the car the whole time.

Unfortunately Retail park has lost good shops and the parking restriction of only 2 hours isn't enough if was stopping for coffee/eat with friends
