Not one of the biggest shopping centres I've been to but the selection of shops is good and varied, with the expected usual high street names. Wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon and was very clean and comfortable to walk around. NCP car park attached and its next to the main High Street which is worth a little wander down.

Good shopping mall. It's quite small. The parking is good and reasonably priced. There is a kids play area. It is in the town centre with direct access to the high street. It has most of the common retailers and coffee shops. Definitely worth a visit if you want to do so.e shopping in Ashford.

My wife and I would like to thank the security staff at this centre on the 19/07/22 for helping us out in hiring mobility scooters. Not only do they hire without paying, but they were there to meet us. When we finished as it was the hottest day of the year, they came with us to the car so they took the scooters back, they were very friendly and helpful as we were not from the area. Thanks again Mark

Very nice place I went here for work. It's very clean and the people seemed nice. But then again I'm from London so maybe that's why it's not hard to find nice people out of London. Will bring my mum here for shopping when I get a chance.

The parking lot has decent enough sized spaces, and isn't too expensive. The place itself was clean enough and I'm sure was is a busy enough place to go. There was a funny smell in the stairwell, when going towards the machine to pay

We were surprised by the quality of the experience. With H and M and Debenhams gone we feared the worst, but we had a great time. There are still plenty of interesting shops to browse and buy from.

I actually think it's pretty good here, there are 2 bureau de change places which actually offer good fx rates. JD sports is ha dy for click and collect, Timpsons for dry cleaning etc. Shame the larger stores have gone but still enough here to make me go in.

Need a few more shops! Some great shops but need more to attract customers.
