Shower was broken, reported it. Nothing done. Booked in for breakfast, chef never turned up. No parking adding additional cost to journey. Only reason I've given a 2 star rating was because the staff where really nice.

The service and staff here are first class, very friendly... I'm sure stopping by everyday...

Nice shopping centre and selection of shops let's hope it stay that way with so many places closing

Shopping Mall in Romford. l walked through here to get to W.H. Smith's , passing, Hotel Chocolate
M@S, keep walking Asda, Game many other shops including a Jewellers, Escalators will take you up to the next floor., or cut through to the outside via the Market, Home bargains, B@M

Has a video game shop and comic book shop for all ages hidden inside

Always love coming here, lots of space to walk and shop. Nice range of diffrent ones too.

Good shops but place looks depressing needs better lighting. Money needs to be pumped into a new look bring more life

There's a great comic shop in there defo recommend
