East Thames Plaza

Good stopping place on your way into London. I think it may also be called London East Leisure Park and/or Dagenham Leisure Park. There's a Travelodge, a Vue cinema, Gym, Bowling, Bingo and a McDonald's (24 hours). All very handy if you're staying at the hotel. Loads of parking.

Sadly this is not by any means a plaza it seems plans ceased to create this shopping place there is simply a gym a cinema bingo Hall and bowling. No other places to eat or drink except mcdonald's or to shop. Sadly nothing here

Went McDonald's see a uber eater delivery man have he's bike nearly nicked then pushed over by 4 kids on other nicked Bikes. Lovely place

Queue for Cinema tickets at Dagenham Vue was slow today, bearing in mind the School Holidays, and the system of most Cinemas these days serving tickets, Popcorn, Ice Cream, Food, Sweets etc. which has severely slowed down the service, especially multiple orders from customers with large families!

Loads of shops, places to eat and shop. Lovely park and zoo and flower garden within area.

Best place I have been too tbh

Fairly decent spot, lots of parking. A vue, gym, bowling alley, bingo hall and a McDonald’s.

Good place to bring kids watch movies play bowling
