With a great selection of independent shops and high street names on it's a great place to come if you need anything in town. Cheap and easy parking. I love the retro 70s precinct, it could definitely accommodate some more hipster shops, cafés!

Sadly lack of shops only a few left feels like a ghost town what's more shocking is the parking chargers might be worth cutting prices to draw people to burgess hill

Rally poor centre while it waits for the long overdue redevelopment. Shame the Council allowed this contractual situation to occur. Shame on them.

Can't wait for the redevelopment (cough, cough, wink, wink) as the state of play at the moment, the place wouldn't look out of place in a post apocalyptic movie. Wait, what's itv filming next......?

The Martlets Centre is a good place to visit for the shops within but if you go when it's raining expect to get dripped on as there are a few leak issues. The area where argos used to be is a missed opportunity as its just a large closed off area, surely there could be more done with it. For what it is, it serves its purpose but who knows what the future holds for it with the massively stalled regeneration programme for the town.

Pleasant little shopping mall. Has shops that aren't in Brighton, where I live, such as a decent Wilko and Shoe Express. Costa coffee to be had inside or a Cafe Nero at the entrance. Waitrose If you can afford it. All in all a nice place for a bit of shopping.
