Superdrug Canning Town

I get all of my essential from this shop. Staff members are friendly and helpful. On occasions I do see some staff members in full blown conversations which makes it hard to approach them to ask for help and a couple of occasions I just have decided to interrupt them. Also, when arriving at the till there's this one particular person who constantly tries to get you to buy products, perfume, hand gels, wipes etc even though you've already said no but she still goes on which is quite pressuring and it's not in the best of subtle ways like her colleagues.

I got there yesterday for 5pm after I finished work as I do work in the hospital and is hard to leave early, tried my best to get there before 6pm as it dose specify on their closing time that is 6pm and there was a lady at the door and she has told me that they are closed even doe there still was a customer in the shop and I have explain to her that I did just finish work and I have showed her that I am a NHS staff member then she told her manager and her manager rudely said no don’t let any one in I felt soo sad because I needed to get something urgently and because I have to work every day I don’t get a chance to take any days off the staff members are really rude!!! And am really not happy with the attitude that I have got from them

paid online for my product but no product recieved in store. basically my money been taken.

I made a order on the 5th January 2021
waited for a email, nothing.

I even emailed them on 2 week, no reply.

I visited the store 3 times and staff keep stating my order is delayed and its stated on the system.
seen it myself on their hand monitor.

I visited again on 3rd week! and they told me to call customer service number

the number is 'out of service' and need to do a live chat through superdrug website.

live chat was useless, staff member states delivered on 6th January.

I replied back stating i went 3 times to the store myself.
I recieved no emails and the store themselves have not recieved this package.
staff member on live chat tried calling the store, no one picks up.

I was now told to come back on live chat tomorrow 25th January.

I been going around in circles and no one seem to give me the right answer and what had happen to my order.

3 weeks and my product is not delivered to this store e16 1gw .

I am extremely disappointed and no one has any answer about my product.

I have print screen of this live chats and will be making a complaint about this.

They sell expired and opened products. Check carefully before buying. I bought an expensive sunscreen there thinking it would be the same wherever I bought it from, however it had separated. The sunscreen had turned lumpy and yellow in some parts and liquid oil in others. Staff did not care and said the condition of the contents was not their responsibility.

I had a bad experience over there, I buy some products and I asked if I could exchange or get o refund just in case and they said yes. But when I came back they said that Now costumers cannot exchange or get a refund, I understand that we're in a new context due to the Covid but they didn't say anything about the new conditions when I asked them. I have lost money and time. I'm not gonna buy there again.

Not too bad but doesn't have much of the stock I would want, only go if I don't have time to go to others.

Opening the store late while standing at the door with the phone - because colleagues are late ...

Not even an explanation to people at door as to when the store will open.

Shameless, lazy people.

A lot of bad shopping experience reviews here re this shop. I am surprised. I have not bought anything here myself, so cannot comment on the sales validity. So, be VERY careful!
It's next door to Morrisons on Silvertown Way, near the Canning Town Bus and Railway Station Complex, a minutes walk away. This shop is well stocked and right next to the new Newham Square Cinema and Shopping Centre and housing complex too now being built in Silvertown Way, well placed store. JCN.
