Went here to visit the The Food Warehouse by Iceland Foods. It is a big retail park with many stores. Beware the car park has a limited using time, only up to 75 mins.

This is a total joke of a car park! More that 1hr 30mins and you get a fine, you're meant to be shopping, the retailers should complaint this is a put off for customers. So trying to buy electronic goods like TV and a fridge all at once forget it! Because it's going to take more than 1hr in one shop, so forget about visiting the other shops... You'll have no time. Total money grabbing scam!!!

Parked and went to Food warehouse, B&M and then curry's didn't realise that there was a 75 minute limit, and got a £100 parking ticket 12mins over time limit, thought I was going to be saving money for my daughters UNI supplies I will NOT be shopping there again.

A retail park for customers looking for good value of food, home improvement, new technology and beds.

After researching different washing machines I had decided on a particular make and model which Currys had on display. I visited again today and asked the assistant if they had this in stock, which she said they had. While completing the purchase paperwork I mentioned that I needed it delivered and fitted, and the old machine removed. She then took me downstairs for another staff member to complete the transaction. He told me that as this branch do not deliver products they do not hold items in stock.
So the purchase was aborted and I had my money refunded. There was no notice that I could see that mentioned they do not deliver goods.
So I will not be buying anything from that branch.

Had to visit Bensons for Beds because I broke my old bed.
Was treated with the utmost courtesy by a very friendly assistant, who helped me to choose my new bed and mattress in record time!

Not the best experience. Service is quite poor. I went to buy a TV, and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get help from an advisor, which proved to be useless by the end of the day. He didn't even answer my question because he didn't know, and he had to get on the internet to look for the answer. Totally waste of time.

We visited a few times recently for one reason or another and some of the shops services has dipped a little since lockdown but no names mentioned.

Getting here, Charlton (Thameslink/southeastern), Anchor and Hope Lane (Stop G) for the buses 472 and 486 is your best bet for public transport.

---

A few shops around this spot, parking is only for around 90 minutes but if you purchase anything from one of the stores, they will wave that limit away from what i recall.
