Enzo was incredibly helpful and friendly. His car is perfect for a wheelchair user and it, combined with his knowledge, meant we had a smooth and lovely trip around Sicily. Do not hesitate to approach him for trips around Italy if you are disabled.

Vincenzo is superb in every way. He is extremely thorough, conscientious and honest as well as warm, caring and generous. He thought through every detail and worked hard to give us the best possible experience. Sadly, I contracted Covid one week into our three-week tour and was quarantined for 18 days in a Covid hotel. My husband and Vincenzo stayed nearby. Vincenzo succeeded in finding accessible rooms for my husband on short notice, which was not easy, and they had to move three times. He stayed in constant touch with me and the health officials, and brought me care packages every other day. He stayed with us 3 days after his contract was over, at no charge, and only left when he had another client. He is extraordinary!!

My family and I contacted Accessible Italian Holiday a day before departure to ask for their Airport Transfer service. While on a very short notice, we were met with a lot of kindness and willingness to help us figure out if their service was possible, what would be possible if not, and general information regarding wheelchair accessibility in Italy.
Luckily, Accessible Italian Holiday was available to meet our requirements of space thereof two wheelchairs and four luggages. Throughout the planning and stay, Accessible Italian Holiday had excellent communication, and responded quickly to questions and/or information.
Thanks to them, we got a nice start to our vacation, and we would gladly use their service again.

This summer, my mother and I spent three amazing weeks touring around different parts of Italy. We are both truly appreciative of the guidance, service, and camaraderie that Enzo provided for us while we were in Rome and Tuscany.
When my mother arrived in Rome, she had a wheelchair that was not equipped for the bumpy, uneven streets. Thankfully, Enzo arranged a scooter rental for us and my mother was able to thoroughly enjoy the rest of our stay. He was also knowledgeable of the many museums and historical sights and able to guide us through entrance protocols and give helpful accessibility tips.
While in Tuscany, our tour included Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano,
and many other places off the beaten path. Our Itinerary was very flexible and Enzo always gave us insightful suggestions. My mother is big on gelato and we always found the best pit stops! We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend Accessible Italian Holiday!

This is the third time we have travelled with Accessible Italian Holiday and once again we had a wonderful time. Our party of six included a wheelchair user and an elderly lady with mobility problems. It was amazing to be able to visit Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Amalfi Coast and the Island of Capri. Vincenzo can get you on a ferry, up a funicular railway, through a closed road and exploring Roman excavations no problem, and you will enjoy experiences you never thought possible!

My husband and I travelled with Enzo from October 1-16, 2022. Enzo was amazing. There are no other words to describe him. It started with numerous video chats from February 2022, I was skeptical at first because i had never travelled outside the country but the more I spoke with Enzo I realized he understood my accessible needs. The hotels he booked in Rome, Naples and Bari were perfect. They were wheelchair accessible and five star with amazing breakfasts. Enzo was on time to pick us up every morning with a smile and always in a good mood. He knew where to drop us off in places with heavy traffic or alot of tourists. He knew the history of places we visited and took us to many places off the beaten path. The most amazing thing he did was find a way for me to access a church in Giovinazzo, Italy with many stairs. This church had great meaning to me because my grandparents were baptized there. Enzo is just amazing in every way and I miss him already. I can't wait to travel with him again and I recommend and trust him for a great trip through Italy

Enzo was a fantastic guide for our family. He took the seven of us -- my wife and I, our three young kids, my sister, and our au pair on a fantastic tour around Puglia to visit the towns where my wife's family originated. His knowledge of the local area was astounding and what little he didn't know he was able to quickly find out on our behalf. Enzo made fantastic recommendations to round out our itinerary and minutes to find a beach that I would be able to access in my wheelchair. He even helped the lifeguards at the beach transfer me to a beach wheelchair and then took me out into the surf so that I could play and splash around with my children in the waves. I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed having Enzo as our guide and companion and how grateful we are for his kindness and warmth and initiative. We can't wait to come back so that Enzo can show us even more of this beautiful country!

We had two wonderful weeks with Vincenzo in Italy and could not recommend him highly enough. From the moment he met us on the train in Tirano to the moment we left him in Rome, he went out of his way to make our holiday as enjoyable as he possibly could. He took us to several wonderful places that we did not know about but trusted his recommendations and they were amazing. His van was wheelchair accessible and have plenty of room for the four of us and all our suitcases and was a great relief after travelling in other European countries which we struggled with their accessibility. Vincenzo was warm, humorous and flexible, and went out of his way to make our holiday memorable. He could not do enough to help, when we asked if he knew anything about Italian soccer he organised tickets for my son and husband to attend the match and drove them there and picked them up. He was flexible and changed his plans and arrangements to fit in extra days with us. We had a great time with him and can’t wait to go back and plan another trip.
