What can I say, grapefruit designs have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They’re reliable, punctual and perfectionists. We had a very tight time frame but the boys worked day and night to get our fleet wrapped and were bang on time! You removed the graphics from my boat by mistake despite having clear written instructions for the job which was on another type of boat in another marina.
You promised to replace the graphics for this weekend and you didn't. It feels very sloppy and I am very disappointed in you damaging my boat.
