Don't get me wrong the people in this shop are very friendly but that's as far as it goes for my experience. I've used them twice before and had problems both times on the last occasion I was waiting for 3 over weeks for the uniforms they were so behind they personally dropped off the uniforms to my house. I thought I would give them a try a third time and again promised a phonecall back the same day but never got one so have decided to make my buisness elsewhere to a company that is more reliable and doesn't mind doing the smaller orders. If I run my own buisness the way they do I would of been out of work a long time ago!

They are just the best firm going. They can make pretty much anything you want for a price that is much cheaper than you were expecting. Not much of a shop to look at but it's an absolute hive of activity in there. I've shopped there numerous times and it's always been a delight.

I initially left a one star review, as I felt I had been let down. This issue has now been resolved, and this review and rating has now been edited. The response from Wendy below was made before this was edited. Thank you for sorting out my order.

Great printing service, first class

I had a one off and quite specialist requirement for a Welsh Dragon and my band name to be embroidered onto a corduroy bagpipe bag cover. We talked through my requirements in detail and they quoted a price that I was very happy with. The next morning I received a phone call to say that it was complete - result, one very satisfied customer 😊

Friendly and helpful service. Great quality items and very reasonable prices. They made the whole process from initial contact to receiving my finished goods effortless. Highly recommended!!

Called them out for a quotation for a shop front exterior sign. They came out after 2 weeks of me prompting them to measure up. Frustrating by email only, as they were not answering any phone calls, then after they came out and measured up I have yet to receive a quotation, or receive any communication from them. Do they want peoples custom and business ??? Very poor, and inefficient service. Not very business like, poor decency and no common courtesy for customers. If you are looking for signage, try somewhere be else !

Absolutely fantastic service and excellent friendly staff .. highly recommended for all sign writing and embroidery
