I want to thank Andy and everyone at Ottewill for doing a really outstanding job in restoring my olympic medal to a condition which far exceeded my expectations. In looking for someone to undertake the work, I hoped to find a silversmith with a very high level of specialist skill, and a firm which would respond with care and attention to the type of restoration I sought. I certainly hit the jackpot on both accounts. It was an absolutely exquisite piece of craftmanship!

After 35 years daily use I sent my 200 year old silver teapot to Ottewill to be refurbished. It came back looking like new, or how I imagined it must have looked when new. Excellent workmanship and friendly service.

I have been looking for a silversmith to restore a precious but very tarnished and damaged silver box given to me by my late grandfather. I found Ottewill through Google searches and contacted them to see if they could repair the box. From start to finish, the communication was superb and when I finally received the box back, I was thrilled to see that they had been able to repair and restore the damaged box back to its former glory. Needing repairs to a small silver family heirloom, I was unable to find a specialist silversmith locally in my part of Scotland. An internet search brought up this firm in far away Kent.
