This is a very good quality coeducational high school in this area. Boys and Girls can study here from Year 7 to 13

The school has some outstanding teachers who are passionate and looking after children's wellbeing. As a State school it's lot better than many others in the areas.

The handling of school during covid is atrocious! the workload is way to much and when you ask them to tone it down they completely deny that their work is too much, do better!

Do not send your kids here. This place is completely devoid of any human emotion or compassion, more like a rehabilitation centre or a prison rather than a school.

This school completely stamped out my love for learning and creativity and just any joy in education. In my primary school I was a top student, excelled at sports, loved school, and came here and that ALL completely changed.

This school has put me off the state school system entirely, to the point where now I have my own child, I am ONLY considering private school options for him. (I'm not rich but I refuse for my son to ever even step foot in a school like this or anything remotely close to this) Just don't send your kids here, if you want them to not have to go through therapy in later life due to a horrible toxic, compassionless high school. There are much better schools out there, ofsted results are very easily manipulated and are not everything.

My child attends this school, its not the best but neither the worse. There seems to be a retention issue with teachers, as she has had several supply teachers during her time there (4 years) The communication is poor, you raise issues and no one gets back to you, you constantly have to chase for a response, and still get ignored. Some of the staff are very nice and interact with the children caringly, others are cold & militant and show no empathy with the students. The school needs to focus more on the child's education, emotional well being and less on their attire!! Maybe it's time to have a new Head 🤔

This school is not the one!
Most of the kids that left last year or in the past 3 years, are in jail now or on the streets.
this school is not supportive and also puts students in groups. They only focus on the good students and don’t care for less able.
do not bring your child here! my child has trauma.
Especially an art teacher named mr ximines. he gave my child multiple detentions for “following” her friend when she was trying to help her as she suffers with autism.
