Very disappointing! After doing a search looking for snowboard shops in and around Chelmsford we thought we would take the 40min drive to Surfanic, my first impression from the outside was a big building and a big sign on the side of the building saying factory outlet! After walking in I was surprised on how small the shop was, what clothes I saw look ok but not a great deal on offer, as I wasn’t there for clothing I was shock to be told that they do not sell and snowboard or sky equipment only clothes, helmet and gloves so complete waste of time!

Great winter gear in there and I know it's only a small thing but their bags that you get when you buy things are great, instead of a plastic bag you get a medium/small duffle bag.

Couldn't rate these guys any more! Jade in the shop was so helpful to me and my family as went to buy our first ski clothes for our first ever ski trip. Despite the kids asking lots of questions, Jade was extremely helpful. Yes there was an issue with a pair of salopettes - but this was a manufacturer issue and they helped us out to swap over to a new pair with no issues, and again, great help and advice. A family of 4 fully kitted out!

Not a great experience with these guys. There was a problem with our order, and when we called to try and rectify the issue they weren't at all interested in correcting their mistake. Won't use again.
