What a great personal service! As it was my first time for a treatment, I was a little nervous and I have to say Emma really put me at ease and looked after me. The clinic is stunning, very clean, beautifully decorated and in fab setting. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend Emma and the team at the Cotswold Face & Body Clinic.

I had purchased a voucher for laser hair removal on a small area through Groupon. Laser is something I have always wanted and thought I could never afford so I was so excited when I saw this offer come up.

I booked my consultation and Emma was wonderful. She assessed my skin and hair and advised that my hair may be too fair for the treatment. So she suggested I come back in a few weeks so she could double check and if I wasn't a suitable candidate I could have a refund.

I thought this was so lovely as she could have just started the treatment regardless if I would have noticed any results.

So far I have had two sessions of laser on my face and I am really happy with the results. I would highly recommend Emma and her team to anyone in the area.

Emma is very nice and professional. Def would recommend this clinic to anyone . I have done so far laser treatment and really good results. Much better than where I was going before as they got better laser machine. My face is not burning and and effect is fantastic . I have done as well facial Obagie treatment and it was so therapeutic and the cosmetic she used are high quality. Def will be back . Thank you Emma x

So far so good.

I went in for a patch test today for lasering, the salon was clean, the people friendly, welcoming, considerate, professional and knowledgeable and the table just the right height for me and stable. I have MS and generally struggle with these things. The salon is discreetly but well located at the bottom of the building across the road from the Montpellier Wine Bar. I am looking forward to my first treatment.

Superb service, the staff really go above and beyond to be accomodating and create a welcoming environment. I feel extremely at ease when having my treatments done. Lovely decor, always spotlessly clean as well, would highly recommend to friends and family (:
