Absolutely thrilled with the fantastic results I am seeing following two Derma treatments I have received on my face and a full thickness burn scar under my chin.
The scar was red and raised but is now skin colour and has flattened. I will continue with the treatment but I am already feeling a lot more confident about my appearance. My skin in general looks so much better, with less open pores and my lines around my mouth and eyes being less defined.
I am so grateful to Chloe and look forward to my next visit.

Had to have a sebaceous cyst removed from here. Met the surgeon for the consultation and then had the surgery to remove it the following week. I cannot fault this clinic, the staff or the surgeon. They are so friendly and put you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. The procedure itself was painless and quick. The surgeon had talked me through what was going to happen and in the day talked to me throughout the procedure. I am so delighted it has gone, I cannot thank them enough. And to add to the positive experience, the dent in my purse was nowhere near as big as I thought it would be!

I Saw Chloe in May for a consultation about a cyst on my back which cost me £25 for her advice.

Chloe recommended a service “vein-away” and assured me this was the most effective way of removing the cyst and cost £67.

I hadn’t noticed any change to the cyst so contacted Chloe for a further treatment then returned 2 months later for the same treatment again, this still hasn’t reduced or removed the cyst after a further 4 months.

After our recent communication Chloe has now advised the same treatment but needing up to 5-6 sessions all at an extra cost.

I have been left feeling as though the initial treatment was miss sold to me and I’m now expected to pay hundreds of pounds when Chloe should have just admitted that she was unable to help me. Instead of now saying she isn’t a surgeon!

I have been Using Chloe and Chelmsford Skin Clinic for my lashes and eyebrows for many years. Chloe and the team are always so friendly and welcoming and I wouldn't want to use anyone else. Would always highly recommend for any treatment :)

I really like this clinic, I have been to others but never been happy. It's a really professional service, everyone that runs the clinic are also very helpful, I always get the results I am looking for, the consultation before the procedure is explained in excellent detail. The location is convenient being in the town centre. I would highly recommend this clinic, as the best in Chelmsford. I would never go anywhere else as the high level of service is excellent. 5 stars and above.

Visited Chelmsford skin clinic to have a lump removed from next to my eye, which I was nervous about, but sick of seeing everyday.

From start to finish Waseem and the team where fantastic and very professional. So happy with the end result and can thank him enough
