I had very bad acne and I have to say, Anastasiya did a fantastic job with my facial. After one treatment and great advice on skincare routine my acne is basically gone. I have made that a regular appointment now. My skin is very happy, and Anastasiya makes sure I’m comfortable during the treatment, explains what she’s doing and what effect will it have on my skin. 5 stars is an easy review to leave! Worth every penny! I was advised to go for the Classic Facial because I wanted something relaxing and with a massage. Anastasiya did not disappoint and I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks time. The products she uses are also incredible.

I had the Classic Facial Massage, and it was lovely - very soothing and relaxing. My skin felt so clean and revitalised afterwards. I will definitely be repeating the experience

This was my very first time having a facial done at my ripe age of almost 40! I didn't have much of expectations, but to be treated nicely and have some relaxed time. I was greeted by Anastasia (?), who had kind demeanour, was softly spoken, and was quite informative about the procedures and the products/equipment they use. I have truly enjoyed my treatment, Anastasia's touch was very light, confident and her hands felt soft on my face. I also appreciated that during the treatment they take care to keep you warm and are attentive for you to be comfortable. The only suggestion i would have is to use softer lighting or lights to be dimmed a little to add to the spa atmosphere. Unless they open a salon in Crowborough, they will be always my choice to go to when I feel in need of facial.

I fully trust Anastasiya's expertise. She was able to reduce my hormonal pigmentation visibly in only a couple of months. She really cares for her clients' results, communicates transparent and clear and makes you feel at ease and safe throughout the process. Five stars, highly recommend.
