Chrissy was so warm and welcoming, taking the time to explain absolutely everything, making sure I knew what to expect and that I was completely comfortable and relaxed. Nothing felt rushed, Chrissy made sure my treatment was tailored to me and took in to consideration my skin type and any concerns. She explained everything thoroughly throughout my appointment and would always check I was ok. I felt safe and confident in her hands and will most definitely be back. It's evident that Chrissy really takes her time with clients and makes sure they are happy, a truly personalised, honest and relaxed experience. I am thrilled with my results and wish I found her sooner! I even had a call the following day to check in and make sure I was ok and to ask if I had any further questions. Just perfect. Yesterday was my first ever treatment and visit to Chrissy for jaw threads. I was welcomed so kindly and her service is professional and very friendly. Chrissy is absolutely wonderful. She’s very skilled and experienced and better than all the doctors I have seen previously. She also confirmed there was a problem with some previous filler done by a GP in Chelmsford who had denied there was an issue. She fixed it straight away and the result was amazing. Chrissy is very professional, doesn’t sell you treatments at all but is just helps you achieve the result that you want. She is very knowledgeable and kind too.

I feel extremely lucky to have found Chrissy. As a 48 year old, in the last year, I have really noticed sagging in my face and neck. I researched for ages where to go and what to do and always came back to Chrissy's page. I decided to take the leap and I am so happy I did. After 2 rounds of Profhilo and some threads in my neck, I am extremely happy with the results! Chrissy is empathetic and honest; explaining everything as she goes along. Chrissy is down to earth and she really makes you feel calm and a lovely treatmentroom and location is peaceful, I was especially nervous about getting fillers and I hate needles but I had my cheeks and chin done with filler after years of wanting to, And I honestly felt hardly any discomfort, No bruising and also what was really great is that chrissy messaged to ask how I was and for pictures to check on treatment which shows she takes pride in her art and cares about her clients. I now have the fuller cheeks I had in my twenties so very happy and returning for more treatments.

It has taken me several months to find someone that I can honestly say is 100% trustworthy after having a bad experience at a different clinic.

It was my first time for PDO threads and I was extremely nervous. I went to see Chrissy two months previous but she didn't carry out the procedure because I had been having CACI facials and she wasn't prepared to treat me because she said I had to have a complete break for 2 weeks.

Chrissy is absolutely brilliant at her job. She talks everything through with you and makes you feel completely at ease.

Really impressed with my treatment, it's only day two but already I can see a noticeable difference.

I’ve been suffering from unexplained hair loss for over 2 years now.. my hair was thinning badly and did not know what to do. After reading about prp treatment and how it works, I found Chrissy and she was definitely an answer to my prayers. Chrissy is amazing at her job and very knowledgeable.
