Cleo was great! Right from my first consultation, she made me feel at ease and explained everything very clearly. She was very personable and listened to exactly what I wanted/didn’t want. She was also really flexible with her timings; allowing me to have my treatment in an evening to fit around other things going on in my life. I have used iBeautify a number of times now for different treatments, the first time was after my cancer treatment meant I lost my eye brows and when they eventually grew back they were spars and uneven so I had them tattooed.
I was so impressed that this treatment was not only painless, but the time Cleo took to put me at ease, and plot where and how my new eye brows should look on my face was amazingly reassuring,
Subsequently I have returned for other treatments such as 3 areas of Botox and I area of filler, again I was nervous that with these treatments I wouldn’t look natural or be able to keep my facial expressions.
This was all taken into account by Cleo and the treatment tailored to meet my requirements.
The clinic is in a central location ample parking just a very short walk away in a secure car park.
Inside is impeccably clean and professional yet has a homely relaxed atmosphere.
IBeautify is the ONLY clinic I will visit regardless of other sometimes tempting offers I have seen on social media. I trust cleo and her team she is very reasonably priced, has great packages available and also has model days, where the client receives the same great quality products and expert advice given by slightly less experienced team members under her amazing guidance. You honestly couldn’t go wrong .

I have had semi permanent eyebrow strokes done a couple of times by Cleo and she has always made sure I was happy with how they looked pencilled on before going ahead with the rest of the treatment. I was a bit unsure the first time round with it being permanent, but I felt reassured when Cleo was happy to change any little detail I wasn’t quite sure about.
