Wonderful staff, clean and inviting. I've been going there for a few years and wether its for a face treatment or a massage i have never been disappointed. Vikky takes the time to listen to you and advises wonderfully, her room always smells lovely. Veronica is very professional and focused. Everyone is nice. I feel i am in safe hands every time i go there.

Had a bikini wax with Viktoria and she was very professional and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and was really informative about the whole process and aftercare etc.. The place smelled lovely and there was relaxing music playing in the background which was nice too. Overall I had a positive experience and would definitely come back :)

Some of the staff members were lovely including Vicki, the owner.
However, I did not like Viktoria's attitude - made me uncomfortable.

Victoria is lovely and totally professional. She advised me with my best interest at heart and was not trying to upsell or sell me things that were unnecessary. Will be back

I am appalled and disgusted by the behaviour of some people at this venue not forgetting the threatening email just because I was unable to make some appointments and cancelled I got an email from Viki which I was so disappointed by she made me feel fraudulent and victimised as I changed my email and book because I had changed my email address stating my staff recognise you they have had enough and I even left notes on cancellations ! The nerve of them I would not be recommending them good luck to anyone who cancels an appointment!!!

I’ve done Level 2 Hydradermabrasion with Oxygen infusion with Estelle, who seemed to be experienced, however all treatment wasn’t as it was described on their website. I booked and paid for 60 mins, it lasted only 45 mins, so not much was done, as I had mask for 20 mins. No Oxygen infusion was used, as probably they don’t have it. Estelle told me that she will give me samples of face mask, she gave me moisturiser and water gel instead without telling me. I think I just got different treatment as I wanted and paid more. Even at the end she got confused with a price of treatment, as she just simply answered that she has lots bookings.
