I am very happy with the results of my treatment, I consider it and investment in my skin and it was the best investment. I have received many compliments from all type's of people for the improvement in my skin and I have recommended the clinic and will most likely make my sister visit. The staff are excellent and super helpful when it comes to restocking and any questions I had regarding my skincare routine.

My experience at Thames clinic was very welcoming and highly professional on all levels especially Dr Anna Hemming who I had my 1 hour indepth consultation with.
I have been to many clinics but none of them touch Thames. After doing my research I found Thames clinic i read up on all the reviews and all the reviews and feedbacks are all 5 stars so I had to get myself booked in, not only did I book myself in to see Dr Anna Hemming I also booked my sister in as she was currently going to other clinics.....let's just say she wont be returning to other clinics from now on. I can honestly say me and my sister are very pleased to be in the hands of Thames clinic.

Anna is a fantastic consultant who has delivered amazing and visible improvements to my skin over the last 2 years. The results have been fantastic. Abbi ensures the appointments and the clinic run smoothly as well as providing a warm welcome. It’s the best place to visit for skincare!

I am not at all satisfied with the service we agreed upon. I recommended Anna's clinic to my friend, but the same thing happened to her as it did to me. Unprofessionalism, or saving on material in order to come quickly again and again until the bill NOT comes through the cash register as usual, isn't it Anna.
Something is, when it doesn't work.
Two less clients. All on merit. Avoid this clinic!

Today I visited Thames Skin Clinic for the first time.
I was super impressed from the high standards of the clinic and from all team working there.
Dr. Anna Hemming is such a knowledgeable and competent person, she is very friendly, professional and just a very nice person to speak to.
She explains the treatment in details and she makes the patient very comfortable with the procedure.
It was such a long time I didn`t meet such a good doctor you can trust.
The clinic is beautiful and it is a reflection of the founder.
