Faciem Dermatology

I found this clinic online and I booked an appointment as it was very close to my home.
The booking process was smooth and simple, the dermatologist was friendly and professional and the premises looked clean and well equipped. However, the 2 star rating is due to the fact that my problem wasn't solved at all which is obviously not ideal, given the cost of the consultation + treatment.

The main reason for the visit for a small pink 'stain' I have on my cheek which has been there for a while. I clearly told the dermatologist that I have asked other doctors about this in the past and that nobody has so far been able to really understand what the issue is.

After the visit I was given a cream and was told to use it every other day for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the cream did not help at all and I believe that the doctor completely missed the point.
I spent £175 for the consultation + £120 for the cream = £295, and I am now back to square one.

Thoroughly recommend. I initially consulted Dr Prasad for removal of a number of raised moles on my face. The whole appointment was an hour and I emerged minus the moles. Any scarring, which was mild and easily concealed, repaired after just 2/3 weeks. Painless operation. I am delighted with the results. Dr Prasad was professional, friendly and took time to explain the procedure and after care. I have recently returned for lip filler treatment and am thrilled by the results. Same high professional, caring experience as the previous visit.

Dr. Prasad has helped transform my skin. I have been her patient for 2 years and the results have been fantastic. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional that can truly help achieve clear skin.

Dr Prasad is THE best dermatologist. I have sensitive skin and i suffer with eczema. I've had at least 2 severe cases of impetigo also. Dr Prasad's extensive knowledge of product combinations has left my face clear and glowing. I cannot thank Dr Prasad enough. Ana really is the best in the business!

Dr Prasad is a very kind and caring doctor, she takes all the time necessary to carefully explain and respond to all questions and concerns. I got a laser treatment to reduce the visibility of 2 red spots on my face and the results are honestly incredible. The spots were completely gone within a few hours of leaving her practice. She is so welcoming and friendly, I would recommend her to everyone.

My experiences at Faciem Dermatology have always been good. I've had regular appointments with Dr. Prasad for about a year now, and my skin has improved dramatically. I've seen many dermatologists (mostly unhelpful) for my skin concerns, but at Faciem Dermatology I've made some real progress. I'd highly recommend this dermatologist 100%.
