The Academy Clinic

My first time visiting The Academy Clinic today, very impressed with the service. Lovely warm greeting and highly professional service. I had Botox & fillers, virtually painless. I will definitely be back and making recommendations to friends.

First time visit today and was not disappointed. Friendly reception ladies and very informative appointment with my injector. She was friendly and professional and I will be visiting again. Would definitely recommend.

They called me at1.30pm (from a mobile number?!) to cancel my 3pm appointment. To be fair I do not normally pick up unless I know who is calling and when being in work I do not always have my phone on me. An email was sent when I was already on the train(it takes me just over an 1h door to door) saying that there was a flood. Ok. Not their fault BUT how does one realise there has been a flood at 1.30pm? Website states they open at 11am. So surely someone was there all morning? The email also states "We are working hard to rectify this and want to get you rebooked in at the soonest convenience"(THEIR convenience, not yours).
So I call them back. The girl I spoken to asked me when would I be free. I said from today and all week next week, after that any WED or SAT.
She told me "as you know our Gold providers only work MONs and THUs(How was I supposed to know?!) and we obviously do not have space next week. Can you come on MON the 14th?".
At that point I told her again that I can only do WEDs and SATs, if it has to be after next week, as I am back to work on the 14th.
So she asked me if I can do the 21st. That is another Monday!! Maybe she wasn't listening, maybe she expects me to book a day off work(another) or something?
At that point I told her it was taking too long and it was a big inconvenience for me as I had already missed ½ of work today and paid for my train. At that point I asked for a refund which she was happy to process in seconds, as if she couldn't wait to hang up. I asked her how come they need 7days notice to cancel or reschedule but THEY can cancel last minute and not even accommodate my request for a new appointment? At that point she got defensive and said it was NOT last minute as they tried to call me at 1.30?! Ok girl!
Shame as I was treated by Dr Tristan in the past and had a great experience with him &Dr Emily so I was looking forward to it. Also they have trained the Nurses who do my lips and treatments and they are amazing, so when I saw the opportunity of having tear trough fills with a GOLD provider Ithought I couldn't go wrong.. But never mind!

I visited the location in Mayfair a short walk from Baker Street. The clinician I spoke to was probably the most thorough professional in this field I have ever come across, and her manner was calm and reassuring. Absolutely brilliant experience all round!

I went to The Academy Clinic in London for botox. They where absolutely lovely. The receptionists wheres so sweet and professional. The teachers where so knowledgeable and the student was very gentle, patient and keen to learn. The thing I most appreciated appart from my perfect botox is that they didn't make me feel inferior as a model appointment (and not a full paying client). I have been going to The Academy Clinic for almost a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I only ever want natural looking enhancement and they are so careful to follow my wishes. Most recently I had lip filler with Janine and she explained every step fully, making me feel safe. I left extremely happy with my very natural-looking enhanced lips. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my face work.

My experience was brilliant as usual.

The practitioner talked me through what filler treatment would be best and most effective. The results are great because they are subtle, which is what I wanted. It makes me look refreshed rather than if I have something ‘done’.

I am about to message a friend with your details as I highly recommend the Academy.

Very happy with everything. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ladies who did my treatment were really lovely and experienced, I felt in safe hands. Will definately recommend and will visit again.
