Totally recommend. Have now had a couple of laser hair removal sessions at the clinic (which has worked wonders!) and have now booked in for facials.
The staff were delightful, friendly atmosphere and very attentive to my needs. The lady that did my laser treatments was lovely and put me at ease as I was a little nervous, and the manager Sara was so friendly. The treatments are probably on the pricier side, but I've been happy to pay as the service is completely worth it.

I couldn't recommend Skinhealth Spa more highly! The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly without being intrusive. The greeting at reception is always warm and helpful even when they are busy.
The range of treatments are fantastic, I am a regular visitor and have been for a number of years. I am pleased to say that the level of service has stayed consistently high. This reflects the management at the clinic as they are always available to answer any questions and assist where possible.

The staff at skin health spa from Therapists to reception to management are all amazing. Having psoriasis and PCOS everyone is very understanding and make me feel completely comfortable with all treatments I have. The product range they offer is fantastic and i can't live without them. Having been to many clinics before Skin Health Spa is definitely the best the level of professionalism and customer service is second to none.

I always have a very positive experience each time I visit Skin Health Spa. The staff are friendly and professional and always make you feel welcome. The treatment I receive has been very effective and I would definitely recommend a visit to see what they have to offer. A special mention must go to Melissa on reception, who always goes above and beyond and is a credit to the team here!

I am coming to this clinic to do facial treatments (oxygen facial, skin peel, microdermabrasion) and it all are amazing. They always taking good care of the client, use good products and i am very happy with the results i see after. Reception girls always very friendly and helpful which makes my visits very pleasant.

I've had treatments with the Bishopsgate branch over the years and I've recommended them to friends & family. However, it's when things go wrong you can determine the integrity of a business & I'm afraid to say they let me down.
I had a different therapist each treatment and they changed the settings each time. So when I called I expected some onus from Skin Health spa, but she expected ME to pay for further treatments to rectify their wrong (the receptionist was pushing the 60% discount offer).
There was no escalation process, it started and ended with the woman over the telephone.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND and will be paying another company to resolve their error.
After speaking to a friend, she had to complain numerous times before they rectified her treatment.
It's good when it works but expect to pay when it all goes wrong!

I have had the pleasure of booking with Melissa. Not only was she accommodating after I made an error and missed my appointment, she still upheld the discount price promo that had finished for when I was able to rebook. From a price and quality point of view, they are far better than most places in London - I’ve looked (and looked). I think they have read all these reviews and are proactively addressing the issues - that’s the point of these review isn’t it. They are listening. I’m very impressed and will continue to be a customer. See you again soon

I have just read some of the reviews and it does not correspond to my experience at all. I have been going to SHS for over 10 years and have always found the staff professional, the appointments prompt and the treatments good value. I have recommended to many friends and family and have had no negative feedback.
