Genuinely impressed with my non-invasive Sculptural Face Lift that I had today. My therapist chatted to me first, asked what I hoped to achieve from the treatment, what my experience of facials was (if I was prepared for what was to come). It was intense but super relaxing at the same time. I've come away feeling glowing, smooth and brighter (and very, very relaxed). I'm glad I had it at the end of the day. Looking forward to going back.

Last week I had a facial with Kate. Not only did she give me incredible advice about my skin but she really was so wonderful to talk to. Clearly cares for her craft and just an interesting and kind person. I loved my visit and left feeling so refreshed with glowing skin. Thank you Kate!

April is FANTASTIC, an absolute expert and so friendly too. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for a facial again! I've been 3 times now and every time it is so incredibly relaxing and tailored to your skin type. I love the microcurrent facial, it's amazing to see it work and it really improves my confidence! It is pricey, but it's worth every penny and I enjoy saving up to come once ever two or three months. The only downside is it can be difficult to get an appointment, they're very popular so they get booked up quickly ;)

These are the best facials I’ve had and I’ve returned many times. So relaxing. The consultation with the therapist is very thorough, tailoring the facial to your specific needs and lots of holistic advice is given - one therapist even emailed me after the facial with many lifestyle/routine recommendations (not selling products). The price is very reasonable for the experience!

An incredible experience from start to finish. I had the bespoke 60min facial. Leonie was perfect, she understood straight away what I needed for my type of skin and made me feel very comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous and beds so comfy & cosy. The facial felt amazing & the shoulder, head and foot massages whilst different masks were setting in meant non-stop pampering. Can’t wait to come back again.

It’s been a week since my facial and I have genuinely thought about how great it was for a good part of that week! I’ve explained to several friends and colleagues just how amazing my experience was at re:lax. The bed and space was so cosy and warm, the treatment itself was very thorough and relaxing (a couple of times I made little snuffle sounds as I was so at peace I nearly feel asleep!). I very much look forward to the next one, hopefully making it a new monthly treat. Simply wonderful.
