Dr Bib and Dr Shova are so fantastic at their work. I felt very insecure about my lips, particularly how thin my top lip was. I wanted to look as natural as possible.

Dr Bib and Dr Shova really look after you and make you feel at ease during the consultation and procedure.

I did not bruise, just had some initial swelling which is completely normal!

Now the lips have healed, people I meet are genuinely shocked to learn I have fillers as you would never be able to tell, which is exactly what I wanted.

I have been to a lot of clinics over the years and this is one of the best. It’s the first time I have had my Botox done here and love the results. Both Dr. Bib and Dr. Shova give you lots of there time and very good advice.

Also Dr. Bib skin care range is so good I have been using it for a few weeks and my skin feels so good!

Dr Bib and Dr Shova are really lovely, they are highly qualified, experienced professionals and make you feel at ease.

They make my visits so pleasant, it’s like visiting friends! I’ve had botox, cheek fillers, micro needling and PRP. All with hardly any discomfort at all. The clinic is beautiful and so clean.

They have given me amazing and very natural results. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I wish I had known mesotherapy treatment much earlier! What could be better and more effective to stimulate the natural collagen growth than having all the vitamins, amino acids and anti-oxidants delivered right into the inner layer of the skin. Only so much a topical facial cream can do.

I talked to Dr Bib and Dr Shova about the dryness that I felt for my skin and general worries on ageing. On dull days, it seems like the gravity has very high impact! Dr Bib and Dr Shova are super kind and lovely people, they do know how to offer advice to restore self-confidence. They suggested that I could try the mesotherapy treatment. The only product they'd trust is Filorga NCTF 135, which has all the nutrients that skin needs. They also reassured me that numbing cream would be applied and the pain I'd be experiencing would be tolerable. It was! Dr Shova used a microneedling equipment to deliver a syringe of the product into my face. The whole session took about 30-40 minutes, by the time when I felt I had enough of the 'pinching', it had finished. The recovery time is minimal too. It only had sparse of red tiny needle scars on my face, hardly noticeable for people who do not come close. Within a couple of days, my skin felt and look hydrated, which is exactly what I wanted - a natural glow! From now on, mesotherapy would be my go-to facial and Dr Big and Dr Shova's clinic would be my go-to clinic for sure.

I've been coming to First Aesthetics for a few years now and they are brilliant. Dr Bib and Dr Shova are so welcoming and answered all my questions/concerns before my first botox treatment! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I can't praise and recommend First Aesthetics highly enough and on so many levels. Firstly, the extremely warm welcome you receive makes you feel very comfortable and reassured right from the start. Also, both Dr Bib and Dr Shova are extremely professional and informative. They explain and carry out the treatments with such care and follow up with thorough after care. (I am having medical microneedling treatment currently). I am using Dr Bib's serums and moisturisers as well, which are also fantastic. In short, the results and the overall experience is amazing.

They have worked miracles on my skin with a combination of PRP, micro-needling and chemical peels. Everything was explained to me so well and the treatments are always carried out in a gentle manner. Dr Bibs range of skincare products are fabulous and have really helped my acne-prone skin improve!
