Pushy salespeople. Practically hanging out the back of you. Was asked to be left alone 5 times. Your staff need training. Never again.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They made a mistake when they processed our order, yet want to charge us to correct this!!! Can't be bothered to argue anymore so we are just paying it, but it is disgusting. Service has been non existent - an absolute joke when you're spending 4k plus and to top it off we've been waiting for our sofas for 6 months!!

Michael Davidson was a pleasure to do business with, he delivered a completely different experience to the competition which ultimately led to me choosing Sofology over others. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and does his job extremely well, doesn't pressurise.

Mike was very patient and thorough. Helped me to make the right choice and made sure I understood the different options available. Shame I can’t say the same about the standard of coffee provided.

I ordered a sofa 16 weeks ago and was told delivery would take place on 12 October. This date was moved to 7 October last week when checking status online. The latest delivery dated stated online is 3 November! Over 20 week wait!!! Tried to call customer service only to hold for 90 minutes and then get cut off. The branch where I ordered it cannot assist and was told customer service would call me in 7 to 10 days! I am beyond frustrated with this pathetic service. We are new to the country and have never experienced service levels as weak as this. We have no lounge furniture to sit on and now have to wait another 4 weeks. Cannot even get hold of anyone to cancel this order. Shocking Sofology!!

I ordered and paid for a sofa in June with an expected delivery date of September. 5 expected delivery dates later im still waiting.

I've now been without a sofa for nearly TWO WEEKS because the collection company collected my old sofa (a day late) and Sofology failed to tell me my new sofa wasn't going to turn up the same day as scheduled. I had to wait 5 days for an apology where I was offered a small refund due to the inconvenience caused. I accepted the refund but didn't have my bank card on me so asked them to call me back first thing the next day to sort the payment out...I'm still waiting for the phone call and refund...and that was over a week ago.

So, my family of 3 continue to share A chair in the living room while we wait for our new sofa.

This service has been absolutely appauling and I'm very disappointed.
