Fantastic customer service: I've had my Oakridge sofabed for over 11 years and it's fantastic quality. I wanted different covers and ordered the sofa ones by mistake instead of the sofabed ones. The aftersales rep was so helpful - send an email and once the correct ones are made up, they'll collect the wrong ones at the same time as the new ones are delivered. No quibbles. Superb company.

Atrocious quality, appalling attitude, dreadful customer service! Avoid like the plague!

Bought 2 Madrid Sofa's in 2002 and still have them to this day after 4 children & 5 grandchildren now I'm going to get new cover's great Sofa's
