Energize

Energise removed my old gas boiler and replaced it with an Air Water Heat Pump. They did an excellent job, and were careful and thorough. They also installed two Tesla Wallpower 2 batteries, and showed me all the set up proceedure. Their technical knowledge was Superb, and they even spotted that my new Smart Electricity meter was incompatible with the Tesla Batteries, and helped me get it changed.

Energize decommissioned our oil-fired HW CH boiler and replaced with air source heat exchanger. Excellent from planning, surveys, grant application, insulation improvements, to three days to do the main work. Cannot fault them, very happy (see what the winter brings).

A very professional company that was easy to work with. All stages of the project to remove an oil boiler and install an air source heat pump from initial survey to handover were managed without any problems. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Joe and the team are extremely knowledgeable, and recommended a good solution for our requirements. The install itself was very neat, and the engineers very friendly. The true test will come in the winter once the ASHP is used in anger.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Energize. We had a 16-panel solar and PW2 battery installation which was handled excellently, with plenty of advice/information/consultation along the way. They were well prepared come installation and the scaffolders and installers worked smoothly to minimise disruption. Great after-care too: after losing some connectivity because of a split system Joe was straight round with a Wifi extender that fixed the (minor) issue immediately. Recommended.

Grafting a modern heating, hot water and power system on to an old house is a complicated task, but Energize's workforce were methodical and thorough, making sure at each stage that the system was working how they expected it to. A number of problems developed due to the old plumbing in the house, but these were all fixed as part of the installation.

The use of apps to control the system and to monitor its use were all carefully explained to us as was the process of applying for credit for the electricity we are now exporting to the National Grid.

We had solar panels and a Tesla battery installed 2022. The whole installation went very smoothly we were updated at every stage. The dates and times given were kept always. Very happy with the professional job provided.

One of the best ever jobs I've had done. From the very start Joe and the rest of the team were friendly, knowledable and pro-active in getting the system installed. Even though there was a delay obtaining a battery, everything else was installed and working with only the battery left to install. That was done as a follow up and then the system commisioned.

Joe went above an beyond with the commisioning and obtaining all the neccessary paperwork to allow the system to export unused electricity. Everything has been installed neatly and looks very impressive. Can't praise them enough.
