I love this ladies only gym. The staffs are very friendly. Atmosphere is brilliant. Got a good range of equipment. The classes are awesome. Loving the new & fresh look of the gym. Everyones nice to one another. New cafe. End of the session you can relax in the spa..

Joined less than 2 months ago, hardly been able to go as gym shut with plumbing issues, they have still taken 2 months of subscriptions by direct debit. called today and left voice message for them to confirm when they will re-open. Disappointed at the moment however enjoyed the first couple of weeks.

I've been a member at the gym for nearly 3 years, and I am so pleased that there's a ladies only gym like this one where there's amazing and effective equipment, staff who are super nice and helpful, and a great atmosphere; especially with the recent refurbishment the gym has been better than ever. It's totally an awesome gym 🤗👍

Been going to this Gym for about 2 months now, and I cant say how much more relaxed and less self conscious I am in a womens only gym ( yes there are still very fit looking women there but they do not look at you like men do) and theres no grunting over the music. I have been able to have a routine put together which addresses the issues I think I have and after a 45 minute session I can use the sauna or jacuzzi to relax. The equipment is more than sufficient for my needs and there is plenty of choice. Ive not yet found that I havent been able to get on a piece that I want with more than a minute wait so its all been a very positive experience so far. Havent tried any of the classes yet, but may well do so soon

I was a member at Esprit for 2 years but had to leave due to work commitments. During that time I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Today I went to rejoin and was met by a very surly owner who was extremely rude!!!. When I asked if there is still a hot tub I was told 'No'
As I suffer from arthritis I declined membership and said I would need to join a gym with that facility. The owner stated that she didn't want someone at her Gym who only wanted to use a Hot Tub.I would rather pay £10 more a month for a gym with that facility and where staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful owner. The gym is cosy and homely . The equipments all work well all the time so that's a bonus. The place overall is lovely and really accommodating to everybody and the kitchen is free to use for everyone.. I cant ask for anything more

I love this gym it’s calm and relaxing place to have your workout in. It has a space to relax and hang out after work out which I love. A studio if you’re a dancer and love dancing. The equipment is great too. I would highly recommend this gym .

This is a great gym, has everything you need, super clean and the owner is lovely - I really enjoy coming here to workout out, the environment feels very safe
