I visited for a massage this month whilst the Newport local lockdown restrictions were in place. They had great COVID procedures in place, including having to wear a face mask in public areas and you had to pre-book for both the relaxation room and a 45 minute time slot to use the swimming pool. Unfortunately the steam room and sauna were closed and hadn’t received a prior warning of this, but totally understandable given the current situation.
Customer service was brilliant as always and visiting during this time had the added extra of it being very quiet!

Very enjoyable day! The treatments were fantastic, Sadie was 10/10. All the staff were friendly and professional. Oh and thank you for the complimentory back, neck and shoulder, that was also great.

Absolutely stunning pool. The ceiling is literally beautiful. Felt so relaxed after visiting here. Would recommend!

Need updating as it does not send a 5 star resort message. Staff are great people and are always kind to reply. Lane swim is a problem as not enough information for other to stay out of the lane. Parent are seeing its a swim lane but ignore the fact. It's not the kids. It's the parents and staff should be more insisting to the parent to keep them from the swim lane

Didn’t want it to end. Highly recommend.

I visited the spa yesterday and had a full body massage and facial.. The lady who did my service was very professional, warm and friendly she made me feel comfortable throughout. The massage was very relaxing and my facial was lovely. Thank you so much!

Really lovely place although strict on time and some staff are friendly. Others much less so and could do with some welcoming and smiley faces.
