ASICS

First of all the address is wrong on google maps! This shop is next to primark on oxford street and not where google map takes you! It was not very busy n no greetings or welcomes at the entrance by the staff. Overall, all was correct but a great absence of smiles. Staff looked unhappy.... but did the job! I wish them a lot of good luck.

Asked sales assistants if they had certain shoes in my size and the difference between two specific shoes. Ignored the request to check stock and talked for 30 seconds while holding one the one of the shoes then walked away mid conversation without actually giving any useful information. Turned to the ASICS’s website for actual explanation since the sales assistant either didn’t know or couldn’t be bothered.

Had an amazing experience at ASICS Oxford street store. Bought a pair of shoes. Service was quick , efficient , very focussed and the whole experience was pleasurable. Justin helped a lot in the entire process and is a great asset to the shop. A big factor in me continuing to be a loyal member. Thanks !

Shame. Cos I love ASICS - the store itself is full to the brim with running goodies

Ordered a pair of trainers online which were the wrong size and reordered a new pair. Have now been waiting 2 weeks for ASICS to assist in allowing me to return the original pair. Customer services line is always offline due to “exceptional circumstances”. Incredibly slow customer service which completely contradicts the statements on their website with regards to a flexible returns policy. Would not order from here again.

Good range of shoes, very good service from knowledgeable staff.

Had a fantastic experience with Justin. Since I have problems with my eyes, he helped me a lot. He took me through multiple trainers to find the right pair and was super kind & patient.

Went to buy couple pair of shoes the staff put me off, too young and too slow upstairs obviously there for pocket money. Just left and brought trainers from Nike town
