Up & Running Teddington

Really friendly and helpful staff. I had spent hours unsuccessfully trying on trainers before coming here, and thanks to their patience and knowledge, came out with a pair of supportive, comfortable trainers. I've worn them for one run so far, and I didn't have any rubbing or movement, plus they kept a notable bounce in my step at the end of the run when endurance was lagging. Obviously this part is due to the shoe, but the right shoe can only be found at the right shop...

I went to the shop and the staff were really welcome (even provided free masks). I got a wide variety of clothes and shoes and buy, and the staff in general were really nice and informative about what I wanted to buy. The service was fast and good. Very friendly staff again. Would recommend you come and visit if you want good advice for running shoes.

Good service. Knowledgeable member of staff. Felt a bit like he was pushing too hard for a sale though. Not sure how good a deal we got in the end vs. other shops / ordering online, but part of it was the gait analysis and being able to try on before buying .

The staff were all super knowledgeable and friendly when I visited.
I'm very new to running and my confidence isn't that great.
I was given a treadmill assessment and tried on a variety of trainers.
Then that evening it was suggested to join their social running group. I was very apprehensive at first as I'm a slow runner and hadn't yet completed a 5k all the way! But I'm so glad I did. They were so welcoming. Lucky for me I also had another women who was my companion at the back of the group, running in the dark through bushy Park was an experience. I completed my first 5k and had a great time doing it.
Thank you up and running for helping me find the confidence to step out of my comfort zone.

Went in looking for a very specific set of trail shoes and session shoes. Hashi and Tom were both very helpful in finding me the right shoe for me. Both were very knowledgable and helpful and I couldn't be happier with both my new shoes. Highly recommend!
