Nike Unite Ashford

I have always loved the Nike Factory Store for obvious reasons (30%-70% discounts) half price offers, however because I am a Nike customer and fan, l have to do Oxford Street Nike World Store for more recent and exclusive offers. Thank you Nike team for all my collection of your products over the years.

Went in to Nike to buy birthday presents, got to the till, put my items down. The staff member working really needs to learn customer service 🙄 and smile, I won't be going back in a hurry. Hugo boss, excellent customer service and service with a smile ,and actually looked like they wanted to serve customer's

I arrive at the store at 8:40 pm (closing time 9pm). Selection of clothes for 10 year old boy was very poor. Staff was very unfriendly and upset with our arrival. Fitting rooms were closed and lady was very unhappy to open them for us. Once this was done guy was standing in front of the door while our son was trying clothes. We felt like intruders rather than customers (forget about valued customers). All process took us 10 minutes and we left 8:50 which is 10 minutes before store closing time. Door was slammed behind us as soon as we left. Very poor Nike!

I'm a fan of Nike clothes and Trainers but unfortunately this time the staff were non existence, 5 in the stock room and the girl at the entrance of the stock room was disinterested in actually helping, we left and went elsewhere in the end. Even the guy at the changing room didnt want to help.

After months of waiting for a response from the customer complaints department I am putting my experience up directly.
I was in the store with my partner at the time and a few friends whilst two members of staff were being very rude and displayed horrible work ethics complaining about something they had to do, one of them I didn’t quite catch her name it was Alura or Aloura maybe Laura was laughing to her co-worker and mentioned quite loudly how I looked like Lord Farquad- I’m assuming from Shrek and continued to laugh about how we all probably cannot keep down a job. I felt very disgusted and humiliated within the store, worst experience by far.
Too many complaints on here are about the staff- when are you going to fix it Nike???

Shop has just opened after a refit, not much has changed from before. Good range and some genuine bargains if you look at offers correctly. However they now have a dreadfully slow and forever breaking self service station.

The store refit is okay but the service is poor, no engagement or acknowledgement. Customer service is extremely poor until you get to the till, the customer assistant was excellent at the till but prior to that it was as poor as I have had, staff walk passed me and offered no assistance. 20 years ago I worked for Nike and customer service was key, now it isn't even considered.

This store has great deals but some styles are outdated which are price-reduced. Who cares if it's outdated right? If you do, then get the opposite. Bargain Nike lovers, this is the location to go.
