Ever go to this shop!! The sellers don’t like the costumers! I went there to buy a shoes and a staff told to get back in October because him don’t want to look in stoke to check is they got or not! It is very frustrating you thinking you make a favor to them going to the shop!

Very friendly and supportive team, good amount of sports stuff in store at reasonable prices. The only thing to note is they close the cash till 30 minutes before closing.

As I ignored the reviews of ppl and went to store on Sunday short of stock
And customer service was full of attitude like they are making space rockets for Elon musk ....

Perfect for everyone wanting to find anything to do with sporting activities/active wear. We managed to find something for each of our 4 young children - nearly 13, 8, 5 and almost 3 - for Christmas. So impressed.

Decathlon is located in the 'Chimes' shopping centre, lower ground floor. Well stocked, your one stop shop for all sport related goods. Very helpful staff.

Poor customer service by the young male South European looking staff at the till. Bad attitude not interested to help and he had no manners. The rest of the staff in other areas of the store are the same.
