Friendly, knowledgeable and quick, outstanding service. I don't know if it's a family-run business but the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Chaps running the bike repair shop know their onions and have a genuine love for what they do that shows in how they operate. Trust them!

Legendary establishment. London's last independent ski snowboard and bike store. Family owned and run since 1947.
Hugely knowledgeable, massive amounts of info and advice available, even have blackboard with constantly updated snow stats for Austria / France / Italy / Switzerland / USA.
I used to race (regional level) in Italy and I now live in the UK. This is the only place I go to for ski boots and skis. Highly recommended.

Went here to buy some snowboarding equipment. Assumed I could buy cheaper online but wanted to support my local shop. After purchase it turned out they were cheaper than anywhere online anyway.

I had the best experience here, the amount of knowledge the staff have was so useful! They really spent time helping me decide on my snowboard bindings and had such a good collection. Was a much better experience than I’d had previously at snow and rock. I wish I went to finches straight away. Such a good shopping experience and will certainly be back!

Amazing family run business. Has been my local sports shop for decades now. Fron trainers as a kid, to keeping my bikes running now in my mid life crisis.
